Jessica Fingleton is a dedicated East Hampton year-round resident who has lived and worked on the East End with her family since 2003. With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Jessica began her journey as an investor in 2015 and later earned her real estate license to help clients navigate the complexities of today’s market with confidence and ease.

Jessica’s expertise spans staging and design for both rental and sale properties across the North and South Forks. Since 2012, she has successfully owned and operated vacation rental businesses in East Hampton and the Catskill Mountains, gaining valuable insights into the nuances of managing specialty properties. Her hands-on experience extends to navigating the intricate processes of the Town of East Hampton, including unmergings, change of use permits, Board of Health approvals, and subdivisions.

In addition to her extensive knowledge of the residential Hamptons market, Jessica also specializes in commercial real estate, offering comprehensive support for a variety of property needs.
